Who doesn’t love Sesame Street? I know when my two boys were growing up, they loved watching the antics of Bert, Ernie, Grover, Elmo and the gang. Generations of kids grew up learning how to read and count all while singing along: “Sunny day, sweepin’ the clouds away. On my way to where the air is sweet! Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street?”
Doesn’t that bring back great memories?
I was so happy to find out that I was going to get to be a part of Sesame Street Live—Elmo Makes Music when the show comes to Boston! They asked Care.com to help kickoff this weekends’ performance. I’m a little nervous, because it means I have to get on stage in front of thousands of Sesame Street fans and start a countdown with Big Bird, but I’m also really excited. Hopefully, I’ll have a couple of great pictures to show you all afterward.
